Finally....a tree service that does what they quote and respects and protects the neighbor's property and dwelling. Kevin did an excellent job safely and carefully bringing-down our 80-foot pine tree that was near power lines and my neighbor's house. The price was very fair for the work to be done, and the cleanup afterwards exceeded my expectations in every way. The area of my property where this tree once was shows no signs of the work that was done. I will use this service again since they had no problem coming to Harrisburg for this job.

I sent an email to Toler Tree Service early in the morning (around 7am). Daniel almost immediately called me and I explained the situation. My granddaughters cat was stuck in a tree and had been there all night. She was too scared to come down. He said he would be at my house in a few minutes, and he was. Daniel and his crew leader, Scout; agreed they needed to go get the bucket truck for the rescue. They returned within 15 minutes and Daniel had the cat safely in his arms in no time. We also ask him to look at our trees (we have 15 huge trees) to see what we needed done. We have a plan, they will be back to shape them up.

We had them do various jobs for us. Paid a lot of money for services rendered. If anyone uses A&J Tree Service make sure that you get everything that they are going to do for you in writing and in detail exactly what you want done. Have both parties sign in and do NOT pay until the work is done to your satisfaction. Jackson was supposed to come back and grind a stump when we had a fence scheduled for replacement. I gave him 3 weeks notice so he could have it scheduled. He said ok no problem. 4 days before it was to be done he called and said that he wouldn't do it unless I paid him another $300. He was already paid for the job. His excuse was that his work was slow and he didn't have any more stumps to grind, so he told me that he wasn't going to put out the money for the stump grinder. I refused to pay anymore money out. The job had already been paid for. So, had to pay another company to grind the stump so I could have my fence replaced. Be very careful when doing business with A&J Tree Service.
