While I was doing a commercial roof inspection, my automated drone flew itself into a 70ft redwood tree and got stuck on a branch. After calling multiple companies, this one was the only one open and able to meet the same day, within the hour. Juan and his guys came out and scaled the tree. It was jaw dropping seeing a man scale a tree only using a rope and without even gloves. He was able to recover my drone and I got back to work with minimal time lost. Thanks again guys!

They got us an appointment on very short notice. They were on time and very polite. They were patient with my less than kind neighbor. They needed more time to do the job because there was so much that other companies missed in years past. They came back the next day right on time. Living in San Carlos, when I started looking for a tree service company, I didn’t have to look far to find the right company for the job. I contacted Rodriguez Tree service in San Carlos and Jose came by that day to look at our overgrown oak tree that needed a serious trimming. His crew came out the following week and did a fantastic job tending to our neglected tree. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! A professional job done by a friendly and professional crew!
I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for these guys. I was able to contact them over messaging on my phone, they were always responsive, even outside of regular business hours and they were very easy to work with. The quickly scheduled a time to come over, inspect the trees, talk to me about what I wanted and give me a simple quote, more competitive than I expected for such great service. I instantly approved and was able to schedule a date for service. That day came and it was super stormy out so I was contacted right away in the morning to explain that it was not a good day to work and we rescheduled. They came out, did exactly what I asked and even cleaned up afterwards. My backyard neighbor had a special request to leave some lemon fruiting branches on his side of the fence as he was using the lemons. I explained this to Lupe when he came out to give me the initial quote. I wasn't even home when they came to trim the trees and the remembered and followed my instructions to a tee! I work in marketing so I know when a company is putting forth effort and providing great customer service. I was impressed with their communication skills, their competitive pricing and their excellent execution. I can whole heartedly recommend APPLETREE Services to everyone who needs help with their trees. By the way, I have already contacted them again to help grind down the stump in my front yard, I have been wanting to get this palm tree stump removed for years but I always thought it would be too expensive. I received a quote and it was so much less than what I thought it was going to cost! I approved it immediately and let them know that they could drop by on their own schedule and grind down that stump when they feel like it.
