Called R&L on a recommendation from a word of mouth page. Robert answered the phone and was polite and professional. I needed a tree trimmed as part of a weatherization protect for my mother in laws house. He showed up on time and communicated when he had a family emergency he needed to take care of and stayed in communication through the whole project. He listened to what my mother in law wanted done and provided the service she requested. If he had questions he asked instead of assuming. When he was done he cleaned up all the debris that had called whole trimming the tree, not just from our place but the neighbors place as well. I would absolutely recommend his crew and service to anyone!

We had 3 40-50 foot elm trees that hadn't been Trimmed in years, one limb was over the house and we knew we had to have them trimmed. So we got Charles and Charles they are affordable and efficient. They came out a week earlier then expected and called first. There were about 5 guys and got the job done in less than 2 hours and used leaf blowers and rackes to clean up the job. Wow these guys are truly awesome they are hard workers and detail oriented. I will call them again when the trees start growing out again. Thanks Charles and Charles for doing an awesome job you guys are 5 stars!!!
