Great company with amazing customer service. Would recommend and will use again!!

Came home and their truck was blocking my driveway ! They were cutting trees next door ! Asked how long and that it was my driveway. Their reply a few more minutes . They'll move the truck . I parked in the street. Then git attitude about them doing their job and that the dead limbs and leaves won't be falling on my car.Called the office, lady seemed nice, understanding, she listened, then began telling me about the job the safety the risk of insurance, was beginning to sound as if she was blaming me .

The fact they answered my call was a big plus. I had called several companies and left messages and never heard back. Professional Tree Care Services took my call and within a few days came out to provide an estimate. Shortly thereafter, they completed the job. They did an excellent job of trimming our crabapple tree and removing an old stump. I highly recommend!
