These guys are great. Mike (crew leader) is a very impressive and very customer focused leader. He made sure we were satisfied. He leads a great group of very hardworking and respectful guys who take pride in what they do. Everything was cleaned up after the service too. Family tree service was fantastic. The crew cut down 9 trees, 4 in the front and 5 in the back but before moving to the backyard to cut those trees the crew ensured the debris from the trees in the front yard was cleaned up. The owner Elbert Holt, is an Arborist and is very knowledgeable about trees For instance we wanted part of an oak tree cut but Mr Holt suggested instead of cutting the tree to purine it because cutting part of the tree would kill it. Mr Holt was concerned about giving us the right information so we could make a better decision than just cutting the tree down for Monterey gain. He ensured everything was to our satisfaction before he and his crew left and before we paid him. Also his price was reasonable and he was upfront about everything. I would recommend Family Tree Service to anyone, they are the best!!!

Highly highly recommend!!! We got quotes from a handful of local tree services, and Arborman was the cheapest by half! Usually it's a red flag but we had a limited cash flow and really needed the trees down (we have 7 and one was growing into the house!). We decided to go with them. Parker immediately scheduled with Georgia Power to come and take the electric line down. He's always very responsive and enthusiastic. They showed up early on the day we scheduled and were getting everything ready for when the power company takes the line down. They brought a crane and their stump grinder. No wasted man energy. Everybody was doing something! The trees were down so quickly (but safely) one by one. I told my husband that I wish we had more trees for them to take down because I was just so impressed by their work. Highly recommend. Parker and his crew are great at their job!
