We had a tree fall on our roof during a storm and the guys from Sav-a-Tree came within a week to help remove the tree and clean up the mess it left behind. As first time homeowners, we were so stressed about the whole situation but Chris Douglas was an amazing first point of contact, he explained everything so clearly and answered all our questions. He did everything in his power to make our situation better and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole team that came out to remove the hazardous tree (The crew leader name was John and rest of crew was Brent Gavin and another Chris) were professional and compassionate and we felt safe leaving our home in their capable hands.

The full crew came with a lot of equipment & safety came first. These guys know what they are doing. Tree limbs were roped & guided to the ground. I was impressed with the attention they gave to moving items out of the way. They cleaned up the mess and were pleasant to be around with a good since of humor. My stress level was none. One happy customer. Reasonably priced.
Chris and his crew are the most professional and detailed oriented I have seen in a long time. They took down a tree beside my house with precision. Savanah Georgia Walmart area. Tried to give this company a chance to make right while distastefully discriminating and verbally abusing a veteran in this area seeking employment. They then refused to rectify with an apology. This companies time is limited If they do not make right!
