I reached out to James to have 2 large walnut trees removed. He let me know what it would cost and I agreed. Going off of the postive reciews, my mistake for paying in full before services were started. He did come on a Saturday afternoon, mived my trailer to the front yard, and for 2 hours cut some branches. Then I had to start calling every other week, then every week to ask when he was coming back. Fuel was too expensive, too hot... Finally 2 months later he came on a Saturday afternoon for about 2 hours and cut some more branches. After another month I said I would like him to keep what he felt he earned and returned the rest. He drove to the house with truck and trailer to get his ropes that had been there for 3 months, but fuel was too expensive to drive and cut the trees. I think the trees were too large over the garage for him to remove. I hired another company to come in and did it in 1 day inciting picking up his brush pile that killed 2 large sections of grass. The positive of him is he did return calls, just not the unearned money. He is a nice person, I just would be careful paying too much in advance.

Highly recommended! The team is professional, safe, polite and considerate. They came quick due to safety concerns with a downed limb after storms. They worked in 100+ heat index all day to clear the limb. Complete cleanup and haul away. Can't thank them enough for the speedy job they did.

Damage to multiple areas on the property and brush left through out. Job left unfinished. Do NOT pay up front.
