I had a very large dead tree that needed removed and had gotten 4 quotes ranging from up to $6000. The $6000 quote was obviously ridiculous but the other three were reasonable. I had scheduled a fifth quote with Mario’s but I tried to cancel it because I felt he would not be able to beat the lowest quote. Well I was wrong! Steve personally called me to ask why I canceled and not only did he beat it, he went above and beyond with communication through text messages and voice text to make sure I got a better quote. He had me scheduled in about 2 weeks. They came today on time and had this massive tree down in 2 hours. My 9 month old daughter even enjoyed watching them work. Lol. I am very impressed especially with Steve’s customer service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if need be! Do not hesitate to call them! Ten stars!!!!!

Impressive company. Professional, personable, punctual, priced reasonably. We had 2 trees and one fallen tree that needed to be removed. Based on reviews, I called to get a free estimate and they fit me in within a couple days when other companies were estimating a couple weeks. Steve Portillo arrived on time, and sent a written quote within hours. He kept in touch and once we hired them a couple weeks later, stayed responsive and available throughout the job. They happily provided their certificate of insurance upon my request prior to doing the work. My husband and I are business owners and we were very pleased with their service start to finish. I just read they also do tree planting so I'll be calling them again. They'll definitely be our go-to for tree care.
