I'm riding this review in regards to this tree service that I hired to trim some trees in my front and backyard. First time they came out they trimmed up my oak tree in my front yard and did an excellent job. When I got home the front yard was clean and the driveway was clean it was like they were never there except for the tree being trimmed. Second time they came out to trim the backyard they did a good job at trimming the trees. My neighbor who was home with the time that usually watches my house when I'm not home, informed me that one of the workers took my riding lawn mower for a joyride around my backyard. This has been my experience, judge for yourself

Ken and his crew recently trimmed our tree. They did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned up and looked so good! I appreciate you guys. I'll be calling you back in a few months.

Called and was told they'd be that evening to give me an estimate. No one ever showed and I didn't even get a courtesy phone call. The next morning I called and asked if they could still come out and again I was promised they'd be out that evening for an estimate. Again they no-called and no-showed. If you cant make an agreed upon time, common courtesy is to call the customer and let them know.
