Stump out is great to do business with. Rock was very responsive to my calls. A few months ago they came and ground up a massive oak tree stump from my yard. I thought I would be able to use the shaving as mulch, but he warned me that it would be a mountain of shavings. He was not exaggerating! It was way too much for me to do anything with so I called Stump out. They came out with a dump truck and hauled all the shavings away for a very reasonable price. Rock told me if we found any roots that were missed they would come back and get them free of charge. I was skeptical about this but I was proven very wrong. While doing some yard work Friday I found some large roots. I called Stump out and was told someone would be here Monday morning. Sure enough bright and early they showed up as promised!! This company does exactly what they say they will, and I am beyond satisfied. Thanks!
