I had a large maple tree removed. Pros: Great Communication on the phone and through text. The job was completed in one hour and the stump grinder came the same day. I got a discount when I paid in cash. Cons: Tree removal had to be rescheduled, and this wasn’t communicated until the day of. It wasn’t clear on what the process or timeline was. I was a little confused on the details of payment, day of schedule, and who to contact for issues. I think these issues could be solved if there was a quick explanation of how the process worked once I booked. Overall: I recommend Biggz for tree removal, I do think there could have been a little more effort to explain the entire process and not leave the customer guessing and having to reach out multiple times for answers.
