Customer Reviews for Andy's Tree Service

Austin Ritter ★★★★★

I needed 3 very large tree’s taken down and 3 stumps ground out. Andy’s tree service team was well trained and verry knowledgeable. Everyone was thoughtful and professional, and all the equipment used for the job was impressive. I would highly recommend this company.

Cindy Perrin ★★★★★

We recently used Andy’s Tree Service to take down 2 trees. He and his team were a joy to work with. Andy came out personally to do the quote and promised that when his crew finished the job we would not even know they were there. As promised, they showed on time worked a very long day and when they left the yard looked wonderful. In addition, his pricing was very good! Give them a call.

Admin ★★★★★

Very professional crew and easy to work with. Performed a lift of a very heavy and large Oak tree off of my home. The crew was excellent and I was amazed to watch them work together as a team. They were extremely safety conscious and protected my yard, home, and ornamental trees while performing the removal.

They cut down a dead tree for us that was uncomfortably close to the house. They did a wonderful, very professional job too. And on top of everything else, I had three different companies out to give us prices, and theirs had been the price too! Great job!!

Excellent experience with Alpine Tree Service. Crew was very respectful, professional and quick. They said none of the roses and other plants around the tree would have to be removed and would not be damaged and that was absolutely true. Will definitely hire them again when we remove other trees.

We had a scheduled date of tree removal we called the morning of to see what time they would be arriving didn't get a human response until 2 pm to tell us that they weren't coming. We told them we had other projects scheduled around this and they came the next day after trying to get us to reschedule. We paid for two trees to be taken down, limed and wood to be left behind. Well they did leave our Maple tree but took our Black Walnut tree with them. When we called to ask why they took something we wanted and paid to be left they said they could bring it back but it wasn't worth it. We noticed they damaged the sidewalk with their trucks contacted them through Facebook and phone with ZERO efforts in making anything right. We sent pics of damages and no response back. Added pics of the damage they left behind trenches we could understand but the rest between the lack of communication and taking of things in which we paid for we will never go with these guys again nor will we recommend them to anyone.
