We were in dire need after the wind storm piled several trees onto our house. Malcolm and crew showed up and promptly got us cleared out. BUT, for the price they charged would have been nice if they would have hauled off the trees. Now I am faced with a several thousand dollar bill to get my yard cleaned up. None of which my insurance will cover! A " tree removal service" should REMOVE everything without having an additional price to do so! To late now, they will get paid! Just damned glad I will never have to go through this ever again, no trees left.
Suggest changes, our team will evaluate and implement updates as quickly as possible.
I had an issue with Beverly who I found quite rude and hostile in the payment process.
They worked fast and made the yard look so much better. Such friendly service at a really good price too.
Mountain Tree Company takes excellent care of our 100 year old maple trees. Cooper is always responsive to our calls, questions and anticipates potential problems and issues. We are very grateful for his expertise and his good nature.
Professional Tree Service did a phenomenal job on our heavily forested 12+ acre property, and provided stellar customer service, communication, inclusive site planning, and transparent pricing. It was a pleasure to have Paul's team improve our property and we will certainly use them again.
