Nate did a great job. He responded right away when I first called him. He was patient and very informative when I asked him all my questions. Today he took down our tree and even took away all the branches. He cleaned up our lawn after and we even talked about our future tree trimming needs for the fall. I was impressed by the armata of vehicles that arrived at my house to remove nine trees, four of which were very tall and very close to my house. I also had a limb overhanging my shop removed. I also had three stumps ground. The crew was very efficient and no tree damaged any of our house or large shop. All the work was done in under five hours. There were two rather minor bits of damage done to the property by the work, and Jimmy Everett made good with a discount to cover the cost of repairs. Matt at American Arborists was awesome. Very quick response to my inquiry about having big pecan tree either removed or pruned to remove limbs away from roof of house. I received a same day estimate with both options. Then it was scheduled that day for two weeks later. Day of service they showed up as scheduled and did a great job of pruning tree away from house and removed all lower limbs. They cleaned up all limbs including some that had already fallen. Left yard and surrounding area super clean. I highly recommend this company for all your tree removal/pruning.

After watching them work many hours I can happily report not a single ornamental tree or shrub was damaged in any way. All in all, a wonderful job by a very professional and experienced crew who demonstrated great work ethics and concern for customer satisfaction.
