Customer Reviews for Spain's Land Development Tree & Stump Grinding services

Edward Oneal ★★★★★

Trey and Spain's Land Development did an awesome job cutting trees, grinding stumps and debris removal. Then getting this 30' x 40' pad ready for building (rock, leveling, and concrete). I would highly recommend Trey and his company to anyone.

Frankie Rose ★★★★★

Trey is the best to work with! He did exactly what we wanted, at a very reasonable price. They work very quickly and efficiently, and obviously take pride in their work as well as wanting the client to be satisfied. We had several large old pine trees we wanted removed, and he took care of that. Everything is gone, with very little evidence there was ever a tree in that spot. We will definitely call him with any other needs, without hesitation

Bryan Sawyer ★★★★★

Spain's Land Development made quick work of my tree removal. From start to finish, Trey performed the job with extreme care, professionalism, stumps disappeared, and the clean up was top notch. Spain's Land Development has all the necessary equipment to get the job done efficiently. If you are looking for great work at a fair price, give Spain's Land Development a call. You will not be disappointed.

Hunter and his crew were fantastic. Came by to give me an estimate within an hour of calling them, were very professional and courteous. The price I was quoted was slightly more than another tree service but I had faith that they would do an excellent job both with the tree removal as well as cleanup afterwards, and they exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

Billy and team did a great job. They came out on the first day I called, gave an estimate and started that day. Finished in three days total and did a great job cleaning up and ensuring everything looked great before they left. They removed 5 large pines, one over the fence!

The crew was fantastic. Told that they would show up between 7:30 and 8:00 and they were here at 7:45 they wasted no time getting right to work. The tree that they were removing was very challenging due to where it was located. It took them all day but they managed to get this massive black lotus down without any damage from what I can tell to my neighbor's property. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
