Needed a large, white oak tree removed that was 6 ft away from our house. Snell Tree Experts was the only tree service in my vicinity that was able to provide a certificate of insurance. The estimate was appropriate and their work & equipment were excellent. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent! Snell Tree Experts consistently exceed my expectations! They have provided the expertise, care, and hard work required to keep my old beloved pecan tree healthy and thriving. On-site quotes are efficient and detailed, while also taking into account the personal significance of my trees. The crew always arrives on time and works expertly until the job is done. In addition, they are very kind, thorough, and all-around a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Snell Tree Experts enough. They are awesome!

We have used Snell Tree Experts since 2017 for all our tree and bush trimming / removal. Without a doubt, they are the best company we have ever dealt with since we moved to North Carolina. All of the staff is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service they provide is outstanding. Tim Snell, the owner, calls after the crew leaves to make sure the work was done well, and he sends a handwritten thank you note! Heather, the office manager, is always helpful and responsive. Every single member of the crews that do the work are the best in the business. The head crew member walks the property with us before the work begins to make sure the crew has complete and correct knowledge of the work that is to be done. After the job is completed, the head crew member walks around the property with us to make sure we are happy with the work / results. We want to give a special "shout out" to the crew who did our work this year (2024) - Ethan, Patrick, Kris and Steve. We will never use another company for this type of work as long as we own a home in the area that Snell Tree covers.
