Customer Reviews for LaRoche Tree Service

Cathy ★★★★★

Unbelievable the awesome job they did taking down my tree. It was in a confined space that is bordered by a fence on 3 sides, patio on 4th side and flowers all around. I was expecting to have most of the garden disrupted no matter how careful they would be but it wasn't. They grinded down the stump to where you wouldn't even know a large tree was even there yesterday. The machines they have invested in really helps the job go smoothly and safely. Their cleanup was beyond what I expected. Most importantly the team members were extremely professional and kind. Even though the temperature was in the 90s they worked so very hard.

I chose Appalachian Tree Service after getting bids from 3-4 other companies. I selected them based on professionalism and value. The crew was fast, efficient, and left my yard as clean or cleaner than when they came. No run around or wasted time; only fast professional service.

Unfortunately, the woman I spoke to on the phone said she would pass along my information to get scheduled for a few tree removals on my property, and I never got a call back.

Ben showed up and gave me a on the spot estimate it was a very fair price and I told him to schedule me. He came back and did a great job! He was very careful on dropping my tree and cleaned up very nicely. Also came back the next day to grind the stump and did a assume job on that. Very pleased!
