If I could give them ZERO I would! I called this company last week on Monday to come out and give me a quote on trimming back our maple tree and removing stumps from our yard. Richard came out and was very sweet in the BEGINNING! He gave us a quote that we loved and chose to go with them. I called him back and he told me that he would call me the following week as they were booked up that week. The following Monday came and we had a wind storm the day before so I called on Tuesday, as I knew they would be quite busy. When I spoke with Richard Tuesday, he told me that he wasn’t sure what day he would be out. I told him I needed to know as I have things going on and I can’t just do “day of” notice. He then said “let me look at the schedule here….hows Thursday ” I told him Thursday works. He said ok see you Thursday and that was it. TODAY is Thursday and I called at 8 AM as I did NOT hear from him as to the time he would be here leading up to today. I got a voice mail so I left a message for him to call me back and let me know what time he would be here. NO CALL BACK WAS EVER MADE! So I had to leave and deal with things outside the home. We have cameras, so my husband called me and said that the tree guys were at the house and MOVING HIS TRAILER! I then called Richard’s cell phone immediately to let them know I was on my way and to find out why he did NOT CALL…..NO ANSWER! So I called the office number and got a very sweet girl who stated she only takes messages. So I asked if she could call Richard and have him call me and I could speak with him then….all the while I am STILL driving home. I get no calls from Richard, or a Rick whom she referenced, so I called the office again. This time the girl said that Richard’s daughter was there and asked if I would like to speak with her. I said yes. She got on the phone and I explained everything I explained above. I then said that I was upset that no one called to give me a TIME (or a TIME FRAME) that they would be out and I am now almost home. I then was informed by my husband that they were getting ready to leave! So she asked if I was almost home and I said I was pulling in and I would just speak to Richard myself. When I pulled in, THEY WERE MOVING MY HUSBANDS TRAILER WITHOUT PERMISSION (was never told it would be in the way during the initial quote) and TRYING to put it back in the place my husband had it. FAILED AT THAT! Then told me that they were just going to pack up and leave because I was mad that they were here! I was NOT mad that they were here, I was mad at the ZERO communication and the fact that they just started MOVING PROPERTY with no one home and not bothering TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE HOMEOWNER IS CALLING!!! I then explained to him that he can go ahead and start now that I was home and he said that he had other clients to get to and he wasn’t staying since I was mad he was here! Had there been an APOLOGY an an EXPLANATION, I wouldn’t have been upset and I wouldn't be writing this review! They are completely unprofessional, rude, and I would NEVER recommend using them!

After our more recent weather warnings, winds nearly uprooted a front public tree so bad that it was leaning toward a collapse in the middle of the road, taking out all the wires if it remained.
