Customer Reviews for Joice Tree Service

Terry Hazelrigg ★★★★★

Very good service, came and did the estimate exactly went they said they would. They scheduled me for three days later and showed up again when they promised they would and did the work in less than 2 hours while adding some extra limb removal that they okayed with me first and still charged the estimated price. very professional and did an excellent job.

Amazing work! I had a massive red maple that was completely dead and needed to come down. I also had another red maple that needed cleaned up as well as an oak with a few dead limbs. He was able to do all of it very quickly and then took away every piece he took down. My remaining trees and my yard look amazing. I'd recommend Austin to anyone needing help with their trees, you'll be very happy with your results!

Aaron Prince ★★★★★

My tree looks so much better now. He was on time, professional, nice and explained everything and even gave me tips on how for me to better care for the tree. I highly recommend using them for all your tree needs.

Great job trimming our large redbud tree that was getting heavy on our pergola! Lightened the load a lot! Thank you!

We had an estimate last summer and chose to have the trimming done in winter, so they worked in Feb 2024 . One side of my house, its questionable if they trimmed tree, as of July limbs still hanging over roof almost touching house. I will need to have someone come trim the tree back again. They either did not do that side or they barely trimmed, but that side of our house, the tree trimming was not satisfactory, was not enough. I was not home, otherwise Id have mentioned before they left. The work was done in Feb. and had it been trimmed back far enough, it would not already grown out over the house in 5 months.
