We used this company yesterday. Professional, ontime and took extreme care in removing a 200+ft cedar next to our home above a structure. Their contract is clear that things may happen-it’s a standard contract with all the tree care/arborist companies here in town as I got 7 bids. I fully expected something to hit a roof etc but it did not. Do not hesitate to use this company.

Do not use this company. They are not trained or responsible. They dropped a branch on my roof messing up my gutter, broke my walkway pavers, killed pants that were 15 feet away from the tree, and scraped a bunch of paint off my garage. They then left without saying anything which I wish I could say was the worst part but I then had to deal with the owner who began by lying about it saying nothing happened. When I sent him photo proof of the damage he stopped he to my messages and instead sent the bill to my neighbor who I am splitting the cost with and had him pay without notifying me. This company is unprofessional and the owner is unethical. 1 star is too much.

This is the 3rd time we have hired Inexpensive Tree Care. Every time, they exceeded our expectations. Today is no exception. Pam came out to grind our large stump. She was on time and professional, also so quick. She did a wonderful job! Thank you, Pam.
