This company is amazing! We have used them twice now and there is no one else I will call for tree services. They are quick, professional, hard working, just amazing. This time a branch of our tree cracked and fell on Monday night. I called Tuesday morning around 8:30am. Hugo was here at 10:20am to see what needed to be done and give me an estimate, which is very reasonable . He worked his hardest and fit us in for Wednesday. His team came on time (actually early) and got right to work. They are quick and do amazing work and they clean up afterwards as well. You could never tell they were here (besides my tree being gone!) I can not say enough good things about this company.

Gus came came out soon after I called for an estimate, in the rain, and gave us a very reasonable estimate almost immediately. The crew was on time, FAST, and very friendly and professional and they racked the wood for me. We don’t have any more trees to cut down but when we need some work done again, we’ll be calling Duran Tree Service!

We unfortunately had to remove a 100+ year old oak tree in a very tight backyard space. The tree lost a 30 foot branch in decent weather and had extensive indications of rot to make it an unsafe tree this year. We previously had the tree cabled in 2021 to attempt to save it, not fully understanding the extent of the rot. We engaged and quoted five separate tree outfits and their arborists to determine if the tree was salvageable. If not salvageable we requested quotes for removal. The quotes were all over the place...some saying we would require permitting to shutdown of the road in front of our place, several stating we would need a crane, and one saying they would need to do it from our roof and requesting no roof damage liability. Duran Tree was able to complete this work without any of these. They did not need to close down the road for the work, did not require a crane, and did not require dropping branches to our roof. They completed this complex removal of a large oak within 20 feet from our house, and less then 3 feet from a fence with no damage. Kudos to Hugo and his team for completing this job for an incredibly reasonable price and minimal to no impact to our neighbors. They were polite, professional and on time. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal job.
