Customer Reviews for Star Tree Service, Inc.

Kim Hill ★★★★★

It is an absolute pleasure working with Star Tree Service. They are Professional, Prompt, Honest, Hard Working, Approachable, and Safe. I can say that they are without a doubt the easiest and best company I've ever worked with. Each time I've called, they have answered promptly and I've had service within 24 hours of my initial phone call. I always feel they have my best interest at heart and want the best outcome for me. I've recommended them highly to friends and family. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner. For all of your tree service needs, I HIGHLY recommend Star Tree Service. 5 Stars isn't nearly enough.

Star Tree Service was extremely professional and efficient. Their team took down 2 of our large trees and stumps within a few hours! All of our neighbors came out to watch how swiftly and smoothly they worked! Highly recommend!!

Deb Forish ★★★★★

The Star Tree Service team did an amazing job "trimming" a huge amount of old large trees on our property. Some of the branches they trimmed were the size of trees themselves. We are so happy with their work...they were here early, very professional, talked us through all that they were doing, completely cleaned up, and the result is even better than we anticipated! 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone needing tree service!!

We had a great experience using Shadrock's Tree Service! They were able to come the same day and I couldn't believe how quickly they worked to pull down a dead tree in our backyard. They did a great job of cleaning up and their price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend them, and we will be calling them for any future jobs!

Called for an estimate to get a tree removed, trim 2 trees, level out my back yard and grass seed the work area. It only took this company less than a week to come to my house and give me an estimate! The estimate was extremely reasonable! They even were running a 10% off discount special at that time and they honored this discount! When the project was started all the employees were very professional and polite! My wife an I loved the fact that this company carries workman's comp on all the employees and carries liability insurance! During the project this company conducted very safe operations and took great care in treating my property and the neighbor's property with respect, etc.! Also each day that they were done working for the day this company cleaned up after themselves and took great care leave the property as they found at the beginning of the work day! The communication was awesome and the workers talked to me and/or my wife before moving onto another step to make sure that the job was being done to our satisfaction! After the project was completed this company cleaned up and placed everything back in place as they found it the first day of the job! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome of this project and we highly recommend Baron's Tree Service for all you tree removal, trimming, etc. needs!!! You will not regret calling them!!! I have included a before and after pictures so that you can see the highly professional job that they completed for us!!!`

Excellent customer service and very professional! I contacted them about removal of a large tree that was damaged in a storm and didn’t expect the job to be done within a couple of days! The work exceeded my expectations and I’ll be sure to recommend them to others and hire again in the future! Thank you so much!
