After lightning struck our 100 yr old pine tree, Scott and crew responded quickly with an estimate. They took down the tree, hauled off the massive load of wood and ground the stump. Very professional crew. Highly recommended.

After a bad storm, four of our trees were damaged and needed to be trimmed up. I never dealt with a tree service before and didn't really know what to expect. I called a few other places and never got a word back. When I contacted Monster, they responded within the hour, had their guy do his estimate within three hours, and was able to communicate with their front office via text as I was trying to deal with my sick toddler. I thought their price was fair and scheduled them. The day of, they showed up on time, did all the required work, cleaned up, and charged the quoted price. Other than the trees being trimmed, you couldn't tell they were there. They had the right equipment and got their 72ft lift through my standard side gate! Very impressed and will call again when work is neeeded. Can't recommend enough.

Great customer service! Julian kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, even though I couldn’t be on site that day. They even tackled the last-minute add-on of a small tree that I realized needed to be removed by the air conditioner while they were there and they did not charge me much more to take care of it.
