Customer Reviews for Thornton's Tree Service

Brittany Bartnik ★★★★★

The men were respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. Not only do they have a licensed arborist overseeing everything but the gentlemen trimming and cutting the trees were very educated on the trees well being too. Things were done efficiently and the ground looked untouched after… the branches and debris were cleaned up and the grass didn’t have any marks on it from their equipment. I was concerned about our new roof and outdoor furniture/swing-set and they took great care of everything. 10/10 recommend this company.

Tricia O'Carroll ★★★★★

Thornton's Tree Service was phenomenal. We had a tornado cause a Massive size tree to fall on our house and covered our entire yard. They wasted no time in dismantling that monster and made it look so easy. The way the team works together is amazing, with everyone doing their part with expertise. They had such fun personalities as they worked, which helped bring humor to a stressful event and we appreciated them SO much! You can't go wrong with having this group handle your trees. Jack, we'll always remember how caring you were and our little 'Todd the Tree' is a great reminder of you and your team. Thank you!

Brian Szczurek ★★★★★

Y'all went above and beyond! The trees look amazing, and the cleanup was thorough. You made sure we were happy with it before you left. Thank you so much for your diligence and hard work.

Highly recommend Marquez Tree service to anyone needing their trees trimmed or removed. They were more affordable than others, they were more knowledgeable than others as well. We had a pretty big job at our house getting trimmed and a couple removed. They always communicated, they showed up, they did a great job, they cleaned up and left no mess behind. We are so happy with the job Marquez did. In the future we will use them and would recommend anyone else to as well! Thank you!

Had an emergency with a very large tree branch hanging near a power line. Called and Brad answered and quickly came by to check it out. After giving me a fair quote, we agreed to have his crew come take care of it. The crew quickly showed up and went above and beyond expectations with how quickly and professionally they took care of everything. I appreciate Brad for taking my problem seriously and quickly getting the job done. Highly recommend for all tree trimming and removal services. They did a great job!

We called several tree services in Abilene to remove a 30' Cedar tree about 10' from our house and close to other trees. Most didn't bother to return my call. The estimates I did get were outrageous. Victor returned my call the same day and his quote was the best price in Abilene. His team were on time and finished the job including clean up in an hour. The fellow that ran the chainsaw was extremely skilled, our 30' tree next to our house was no problem for him. Victor and his team were very courteous and worked toward customer satisfaction. I've already recommended the service to friends.
