Not a great place, for lawn care! They leave clumps and bi weekly’s get a crap cut and they don’t care as it’s not a weekly lawn. They say they take great care of the employees, I can assure you they don’t as you can communicate you’re concerns and they don’t listen then if you just up and leave they will try and jip you on pay! In which is not legal if they said they were gonna pay you for a certain day and then don’t! The owners are not professional and act like they are the best company out there

I received great service during the time that I had contracted them to seasonally remove snow. I cancelled their service once I no longer had a rental to take care of and could manage on my own with my now fixed snow thrower. I received a bill for someone claiming to have come by, which I can prove did not happen from my security cameras at the time that they had claimed. I sent a screen shot of this to Heather, the billing person, and was assured that I was all set and that it would be taken care of. A few months later, I received another bill. I resent the same screen shot, the entire conversation that I sent over to Heather to Matty the owner. I received no response. Fast forward a few more months, and I receive a bill for the same day, now with a late fee. I called the main line, and re-emailed Matty and Heather stating that I will be going to the BBB for service not rendered should this go to collections, and that I will not be paying the bill as such. It's disappointing that I had to go this route, but as a person who pays their bills, I don't deserve this treatment or frustration.
