Exceptional work! Orlean’s didn’t disappoint! We had 2 challenging projects on our historic trees. Both trees are HUGE and overlapped buildings which demand skilled and precise cutting to avoid damage to our structures. The crew showed up with state of the art (for real!) equipment and worked efficiently and skillfully with gorgeous results. Prior to this project we called in 3 other company’s who’s quotes were a much lower in price. We were tempted to chose another company BUT are thrilled we didn’t. The expertise of this crew was obvious as they trimmed our trees, preserved our structures and kept the health of the trees in the forefront of priority! These men are true Arborists, not just tree trimmers. They cleaned up the mess, removed the debris and left the trees looking healthier and safer. Hopefully, the trees will be around for another 150 years and as long as they need care, we will rely upon Orlean’s to provide it!

There's obviously some disconnect between scheduling and management. Thankfully I have the ability to work from home as Orleans canceled the day of at 2pm when I was supposed to get a quote. They rescheduled for next week just for them call AGAIN DAY OF just to tell me any work they would do couldn't be done for months on out as they're backed up from storms. Most people have normal jobs and have to take off work for these things. Waste of time while I have half a tree standing over my neighbors property. Learn to run a business and not take on work you can't handle. This should've been relayed to me the first time I called to get a quote.
