Outstanding service and very professional! Did a great job cutting down four dead poplar trees in a difficult location. They were very safe, efficient and professional. Highly recommend!

Jeffrey did not complete the job and stole money from my neighbors. I hired him to remove bamboo and he provided a written guarantee to come back and remove any bamboo that kept growing. He did not honor that guarantee and never came back. I relied on that guarantee when choosing this company. He said the job would take him one week and it took almost three weeks. He gave serveral excuses as to why he would show up late and not at all. It has been 6 weeks of asking him to come back and he has not sent anyone to remove the remaining bamboo. The bamboo returned within 2 weeks of his poor removal job. He left so many roots behind and just covered it up with top soil. It all grew back. He does not know how to perform this job correctly. He did not fulfill my neighbors contract, such as like lay grass seed and remove roots below her deck. When I asked about why he was not doing those things for them, Jeffrey said we’re done there. He also charged my neighbors credit card twice on 2 different payment systems and refused to return any money. He even told her he wouldn’t come back if she tried to cancel one of the payments he had already gotten. Jeffrey took a check from my other neighbor who hired them to plant bushes and trees and 2.5 months later still hasn’t talked to them about providing that service. I do not recommend this company.

The workers were professional, though communication was a bit poor on rain days as to if they were going to show or not. We also differed in opinion on what down to dirt meant. But for the work they did do, it was done well.
