The team at R&A are terrific! Affordable and everything you’d want from a company. These men showed up on time. They were efficient and clean. They work safely and respectful of your property and the other landscaping. They disposed of ALL of their trimmings and tree removal and stump grinding and raked and blew the lawn when finished. I cannot say enough good things about R&A! First, we called on a holiday weekend. The owner came over on a Saturday and gave us a very reasonable quote with a professional proposal, insurance attached. Our tree was a very large and very dead. They took great care and safety of our property, our neighbor's property and the crew. They were prompt and professional. They left the yard and the street looking like nothing had happened. Working with Clayton and the team at Bartlett tree experts was a pleasure. They have been out before to treat my crêpe myrtles from Bark scale infestation. I had them come out this week to prune and clean up for trees. First, I have to say they looked very professional with bright colored safety vest, and safety gear, which is very important. They were also very respectful to me, and extremely polite, happy and complementary to each other. it makes a difference when you can feel in a business that people genuinely like each other and work well together. They tackled four trees at one time spreading out the experts. Even using repelling ropes to reach the tops of the trees. They pulled all of the cut branches to one area to use their chipper. Once everything was ready to be disposed of, they ran the chipper quickly to be considerate of the space and noise. All the areas, front yard, and backyard were cleaned and in wonderful shape when the trucks pulled away . Clayton’s estimate stayed the same. And I will be billed after the work was done and inspected. I will also add it was one of the hottest days we’ve had this year. And these men worked tirelessly through the heat of the midday. I will be referring back to Clayton for any future needs I have. He was very informative, and I believe the pricing was fair.
