We live in Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg Virginia and have used this service since early 2023 and they have not lived up to expectations. Our lawn looks terrible. They failed to properly aerate and over seed our lawn for the past two seasons. Then they failed to treat it this last spring. They sent some guy out to apologize for the poor service we have received. He said they would discount our next season aeration and over seeding. Which really pissed me off because I shouldn’t have to pay again for something they failed to do right in the first place. We have run our sprinklers consistently and in some areas the grass looks fine but for most of the lawn it looks terrible compared to all of our neighbors who use the company called Lawn Envy. I do not recommend this lawn service company and will not be signing up with them in the future.

I am completely satisfied with Virginia Green. I have been a customer for six years and my lawn consistently looks great. VA Green takes care of all my fertilizer and weed control needs as well as aeration and over seeding in the fall. With proper irrigation my lawn is thick and green all season and even weathers the winter better than most. When I first moved here, I asked a friend about lawn service and hands down he recommended VA Green - they have delivered. I regularly received compliments on my lawn.

Ive been on the weed control program for three years and I buy their grass seed every season, I aerate every fall, somewhat satisfied with the weeds until summer time when crabgrass takes over. After three years of using their grass I would of thought my yard would look much better, maybe 1/3 of the yard is actual grass. Va green’s response is not watering enough.
