Prompt attention to get me scheduled. Discussed what I wanted done but I ended up heartbroken when I woke up to see the beautiful holly treee not at all how i expected. Unfortunately, what he was talking about was not what I was trying to explain. Be sure you understand the difference in language. He was saying "I'll take it up"(meaning remove limbs completely. I guess I was meaning shape ( Cutting back existing drooping low to ground.) All in all, my fault. Great person, big operation, chip up, clean up, swiftly taken care of.

These folks were fantastic. Gave a very reasonable price to take down a 25'+ birch tree and grind up the stump. Hard part for them was having to work so closely to our house, neighbor, and power/internet lines. They left the yard in fantastic shape when done, they hauled away all the debris and even used on a blower to clean up the grass and street. The entire crew was very kind, courteous and respectful. We had a storm come through and knock down a 200 year old tree into our house. Jesse and his crew were very responsive and cleared the tree from our house and yard. In the past most crews would be afraid to take on a tree of this size. I remember one guy referring to these trees as "monsters" and "trees within a tree".
