Customer Reviews for CVS Tree Care

Marky ★★★★★

I've had tree removal work done in the past by a well known local company. Working with CVS Tree Service was a much better experience and the cost was more reasonable. Mine was a big job removing overgrown trees that bordered my lawn and woods, as well as removing a 20 yr old huge brush pile. The crew did an excellent job and amazed me with how thorough their clean up was at the end. Not one twig left on my lawn ! For any future tree work I need, this is who I'll call.

Christine Murphy ★★★★★

Andrew is very friendly and knowledgeable. He and his crew did an excellent job of removing two trees and trimming, and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them in the future!

Angie (Aoann) ★★★★★

Took care of us right away when a branch fell on our roof, took away the tree bits they trimmed, did more work then we expected. We appreciate the quick and attentive service.

The owner came out himself to review the needed tree removals. He was very clearly knowledgeable and listened carefully, agreeable to what we needed. Within a day, he had sent us a price quote, along with a planned timeframe. As this was not an emergency, he got in contact with us later in the summer. His team came out, and they were very clear about getting the right information about which trees and what the tasks were (cut-down, not removal). The team worked efficiently and surprisingly quietly, and were able to get their machinery out to the location with the least impactful pathway. The tree pieces were organized and out of the way of any paths or viewpoints, and they did precisely what we requested. Wellner Arboriculture was very responsible, careful, and reliable in their estimates and work. Thank you so much!

Watch OUT. Jerry does not like to honor his quotes. First he doesn't answer his phone and his inbox is full so you cannot leave a message. When we finally got a hold of him we told him we would go elsewhere if he didn't want to do the job. He did show up 3 days later to complete the work. After an hour of work he said he was done. Nothing picked up and an 6 foot tall stump. I needed to get a copy of the quote to prove he had quoted to remove all of the tree and grind the stump as he argued he did not quote that. Next he argued he needed to charge sales tax above and beyond the quote AFTER he came back to clean up his mess. $1,000 later he has a very unhappy customer. Please shop around and choose someone else and you will be much happier than I was!
