Had the crew come out this morning to take a tree down, trim a tree up and get rid of bushes. I really couldn’t be an happier with the work! The price was so fair and the guys that came out were so nice . They cleaned up everything and made it look better than when they came! I definitely recommend them to everyone. Will definitely be using them again when needed.

Cassity Tree Service are excellent! I had a concern regarding a tree and Cassity came out and provided their proposal. They have great customer service as their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me to understand the issue with the tree and what my options were. The removal of the tree was done very well, taking precautions to ensure their cuts were controlled and to not damage nearby structures. They cleaned the area up very well too. I found out they do other services as well and based on their excellent quality of work and care, I will definitely be reaching out to them to improve other aspects of my yard and landscape.

I paid to have a tree cut and the first bad thing is his saw broke, then they never came back to finish because it rain. They knocked a cable line down and didn't say anything about it my neighbors had to tell me about it. Wait a minute because that's not the end of it. When I asked for some of my money back he promised me that he will be here on Saturday to finish the job(didn't show up), so I waited until Tuesday(because Monday was a holiday) to call for my refund and I keep getting a busy signal( I hope they are not rejecting my call).
