If you need trees removed or trimmed for a reasonable price I highly recommend 3 Crosses Tree Service!! I cannot say enough good things about the service and quality this business provides. 4 standing trees, 1 fallen tree, and 1 root system removed with total clean up afterwards! He even blew off the roof!

These guys are basically scammers. They quoted $8500 for removing 4 trees and when it came time to do it, the owner said they’d only do it for $14,000. They pawned it on a bad employee, it is not our job to take the consequences for the owners bad hire. If the employee was able and allowed to quote for the company, the company should stand by it if they are respectable and honest. Unfortunately our business will be going to New Leaf. It’s unfortunate another Shelbyville business is unreliable and dishonest.

I had arranged an appointment with them to come out, took time off work - never showed up. David called back and was apologetic and promised me a "discounted rate" for the poor customer service so I was going to give him a second chance. He never showed up. I called about 10xs nothing. He called me back over a month later and left me a VM asking if I got by work done and if I still needed help. I HATE to lead people away from small businesses BUT don't waste your time.
