Jason did a great job on my 50+ foot tree that was hanging over my deck, pool and house, he is a very knowledgeable arborist and definitely had a plan as to which limbs to take out so the tree still looks good and it really opened up our view. I highly recommend him and will use again in the future

Customer Reviews for Richard's Tree Care
Richardβs tree care has been our sole provider of tree services since his crew removed a large tree that fell on our house during a hurricane in 2003. He charged us a reasonable price even though he could have doubled it in our emergency. Great work at fair prices with good service for over 20 years.
I recently hired Richard's Tree Care to remove some trees I didn't want in my yard and deal with 2 huge, old maples that seemed to with be dying. I called Richard's Tree Care on the recommendation of a friend who had used their service and was very pleased. I met with Christy Folderauer and an assistant for an estimate. I was immediately impressed with these 2 people who obviously knew what they were talking about, especially about the 2 old maple trees. This was my 7th estimate so I had several conversations and recommendations about my trees and yard. I had also asked the opinion of 2 experts tree lovers who live in my area. I hired Christy and her crew with the feeling that I was getting professional help from people who knew what they were going to do and who care about trees and their owners. I was not disappointed. The work crew arrived at the appointed time with a large array of equipment. Christy and her assistant were leading the crew and discussed what I wanted done and how they would do the work. I was introduced to the foreman who listened as Christy and I discussed exactly what I wanted done. He asked a couple of questions and made a couple of suggestions which gave me the impression that he is a valued and trusted employee who she listens to pertaining to the job. The foreman told his 4 workers where to start and the result he wanted. The crew went to work at a pace that I found exhilirating. Trees were topped and cut down and the limbs carried away to the chipper quickly and almost effortlessly. The work was done from the ground with minimal climbing. When most of the smaller trees were cut and removed a man manuevered a utility truck with a bucket on an arm into position to work on trimming the 2 maples. The worker manuevered the bucket as if it was his hand. He cut exactly where he wanted and where he knew it would help the tree recover from a butcher job that was done by the previous owner of the property. Now, a month later, leaves are growing from the places where this man cut limbs that I thought were broken off in a severe storm. During a break I stood with the crew members as we watched a man climb in a huge oak tree in the next door yard. One of my crew told me that the man was using spiked appliances to climb the tree which he said would seriously injure the tree. He told me that they never used spikes in their work and that they should be illegal. At lunch time Christy and her assistant joined the crew as they walked to a nearby restaurant to eat. This gave me the impression that these men were treated as family and highly valued. The job was completed by about 3 p m and Christy reappeared to talk with her crew. She met with me to go over the job and asked if they had done all the work I wanted done. I told her that I was impressed by her crew members who operated as a well organized and experienced team. No job was too small for any team member to do. Each man had a specialty but each crew member picked up other's tasks as if they all knew the other's jobs. Christy explained that she had 2 crews and this was a mixture so that 2 men could have the day off. When Christy presented me with the bill I told her that she was one of the cheapest estimates I got and was, in my opinion, the best qualified to do the job. I was so impressed that I gave her a substantial bonus to split with her team.

Bartlett's did a phenomenal job on our trees today and we are very satisfied! The staff were very friendly and professional. If you need tree removal or trimming they are highly recommended.
Pleased to express my satisfaction with Sunrise Tree following their removal of 4 fifty-feet tall Leland Cypress trees from my home property on 2/27/2024. Jason met me on time as scheduled for the estimate, provided an acceptable offer, and was flexible in the scheduling of his crew. They arrived as scheduled within the same week and in a matter of 6-hours had all work and cleanup done. Watching the experienced crew do their thing on those trees was impressive, and they left mine and my neighbor's property in great shape afterward with no damage to any structure, including the wooden fence located directly under the largest two trees.
Look no further for your tree service needs. I highly recommend Cross Tree Service. Andrew came out for an estimate and trimmed our trees all within a week. We have used others before that were not responsive so we really impressed with his professionalism. We will definitely use Cross Tree Service again in the future.
