Bartlett's did a phenomenal job on our trees today and we are very satisfied! The staff were very friendly and professional. If you need tree removal or trimming they are highly recommended.

They had done work for me in the past after a storm a few years ago and Jay and his team were very prompt and professional,.yet this time I was a bit reluctant because Jay no longer covered my area, but I went ahead. My only complaint was communication. Not calling to set up the appt when they said they would call and not returning my calls after a week of waiting,.so i left a discouraging email with no response as well. Then after 2 weeks they just show up without notice,.this after i had already got 2 other estimates.,the only way I knew they were there was because of my surveillance camera going off,.therefore i rushed home. After expressing my disapointment in the unanswered email and in the after work survey where i expressed this debacle of communication, I still never even received an apology or an explanation!,. Just a bill for the full amount and no where to put my credit card info,.I guess they think everyone can write those kind of huge checks. So after trying to call to give them card info with no response, I guess i am gonna have to pull that money out of savings to clear the check due next week.,smh,.still would have been decent to get an apology or explanation if not a discount of some sort,..to the 2 guys that came out,..i know it wasnt your fault and i never meant to take anything out on you,.I was just a little ticked off at your boss and company for not reaching out before or after the fact
