Brad was phenomenal! Very genuine and honest. He and his crew did a fantastic job on the removal of our tree that had split during a storm, and was being held up by another tree. It was a threat to the structure of our home, and Hillside was able to help us in a timely manner to prevent this from occurring. Very fair pricing and I highly recommend them!!

The quoting stage was fine, it did take him a week or 2 to come out but that was pretty normal based on other calls I had made. Gave a detailed paper estimate and pricing was competitive... but in this instance you get what you paid for. They came to do the work... This is where the problems occurred. They destroyed our bushes along our garage and bent our gutter with their trucks. When we called about it they seemed unconcerned and just said it was a tight space! Uhh you still destroyed my property sir! While working they took out the power and cable of our neighbor when we called again they seemed unfazed and just said to call Ameren, are you not a professional company, I get accidents happen but you should take responsibility and you call Ameren instead of leaving our neighbor without AC during 100 weather. They finished work while we were at work when we got home we noticed one of the trees quoted for removal was only about half way removed, when we called he was not very friendly but did say he would come take a look, and he did send someone over to finish the removal of the tree however they left all the wood in our carport/yard when we paid for removal of debris again we called and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We told him of our dissatisfaction and he basically said he didn't care. Please go elsewhere this company is not it.

Second time I've hired Canopy Climbers. This time, I hired Canopy Climbers to raise the canopy on my driveway trees, remove several trees, clean the levy and around my pond, and clean around the lagoon. Ryan, the owner, is extremely easy to work, very knowledgeable, and proficient at what he does!! His prices are fair and his work impeccable! I was impressed when I had a couple of add on's after he had started the job and he was really helpful in including those items and giving me advise on other trees. He even gave me advice on taking down some dead trees myself, rather than put those on the bill. Ryan and his crew (Evan, Dustin, and Patrick) are very professional and hard-working. They all made sure that I was happy with the work that was completed and treated me with respect! Most impressive . . . Ryan said to give him a call if he missed anything AND I have no doubt he would come back without question! ALSO friends, I didn't have any clean up after they left, which is very rare for the contractors around this area! Thank you Ryan! Blessings for a profitable and successful business!
