He takes care of his clients. It was comforting to know we could trust him to do the job better then we could envision ourselves. He is the expert. It was fun to see him work his magic to make the landscaping around my mom’s home beautiful and easy to maintain. And even going out of his way to fix some drainage issues we had. Thank you Patrick for being there and for listening and guiding us... we love it all!! And especially the seating area you designed into the retaining wall. It is much used already!!

Trevor and Teddi moved a huge pile of rock from one part of our yard, where it was dumped by a truck, to the landscaped areas where it was needed all around the house. It was a monumental job, and they did it efficiently and precisely! We will definitely be calling them again!

The quoting stage was fine, it did take him a week or 2 to come out but that was pretty normal based on other calls I had made. Gave a detailed paper estimate and pricing was competitive... but in this instance you get what you paid for. They came to do the work... This is where the problems occurred. They destroyed our bushes along our garage and bent our gutter with their trucks. When we called about it they seemed unconcerned and just said it was a tight space! Uhh you still destroyed my property sir! While working they took out the power and cable of our neighbor when we called again they seemed unfazed and just said to call Ameren, are you not a professional company, I get accidents happen but you should take responsibility and you call Ameren instead of leaving our neighbor without AC during 100 weather. They finished work while we were at work when we got home we noticed one of the trees quoted for removal was only about half way removed, when we called he was not very friendly but did say he would come take a look, and he did send someone over to finish the removal of the tree however they left all the wood in our carport/yard when we paid for removal of debris again we called and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We told him of our dissatisfaction and he basically said he didn't care. Please go elsewhere this company is not it.

We've used Booker tree service twice and both times had excellent service. Jim's crew knows their business and do excellent cleaning up. I plan on having them back later this year to remove some maple trees.
