Aaron and his crew got here 8am Wednesday 8/28 and within 3 hours they had this huge Shingle Oak down and cleaned up. The professional job this crew did so quickly and efficently was very impressive in the small area they had to work. We appreciate these men and their care for our property. We will definitely refer them and Barberton Tree Service whenever we can.

I have 5 maple trees that needed pruning and trimming. My understanding was that dead branches would be pruned. There are several limbs that extend across property lines into adjacent yards. I paid the asking price at after a short discussion and left for work. Upon return from work I discovered that a number of dead branches had not been pruned. While some branches that hung over a neighbor's picket fence were pruned, several limbs that visibly extend into neighbors' yards on the other side of my backyard were not pruned at all. Pruning those limbs back even a bit would not have taken much time and I'd spoken to those neighbors in advance. Otherwise the work was done as expected. The service didn't match expectations.

This crew is efficient, hard working and communicated exactly what to expect during the job. We had a big job too, 3 huge trees and 1 small tree to remove. They started at 9am and was finished around 3:30pm. They also did a great job cleaning up and protected my lawn by using mats to drive the crane on. One more tree to go in backnyard, but advised we wait until summer dry out to protect the yard. You will not find better crew to work with or a better price. Would highly recommend Ilya and his crew. A ginormous tree came down in the 8/6 storms. Called 14 tree companies, many did not even return my call. Ilya promptly called me back and stopped by within hours to survey the damage. We received a quote quickly and scheduled the removal within the week. Ilya and his crew arrived exactly when he said they would and meticulously maneuvered the crane within the small clearance space. He and his crew were very mindful and cautious about protecting the surrounding structures and did a great job removing such a massive oak tree. A week later, as promised, he and his crew returned to grind the 3 foot stump which was complicated because it had grown into the chain link fence. They did a fabulous job in removing the majority of it so we can rebuild the garage. Overall, our experience was excellent during such a stressful event. Once again, would highly recommend such a professional company.
