I had a 60 yr. Old Oak tree fall on my driveway crushing 2 cars destroyed my patio & fencing/smaller trees and shrubs/ corner of my house,shingles,rain gutters and soffits. Called Justin the owner early in the morning and left a message he called right back and said his estimator Bob would call. A few minutes later..Bob calls and states he has 3 estimates scheduled but would be at my house within 2 hours. Sure enough...Bob appraises the damage and I hire the company. Within 2 hours he had a crew of 10 men, a crane, 7 dump Trucks and a loader. Within hours he had the fallen potion of the tree removed and cleaned up like it never happened. AMAZING!

The crew arrived on-time and was considerate of our neighbors by not starting the sawing too early. They completed the work quickly (about 2 hours!) and the cleanup was amazing - just wonderful. They successfully removed trees that fell from the recent tornado. Besides that they’re very unorganized, the office tells you one thing and the owner or crew tells you another. They scheduled us one day, moved us up last minute, showed up in a hurry and broke a large corner off our new driveway because they were being careless and were rushing letting inexperienced guys drive large equipment. They put in their proposal that they don’t cover damage to your stuff so you’re out of luck if they do damage. owner did offer to come out and “repair” the corner but he showed up a month later and put a bead of caulk in the crack, didn’t even fill the void. I wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want your property damaged and left a mess.

We had Daryl and his partner out today To take down three of our trees and trim one of our maples. Besides the fact that the three trees are missing, you cannot even tell they were here. They did such a beautiful job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again. A lady in my neighborhood saw what they were doing and saw that they did such a good job that she asked them to come over and trim a few branches for her. Not many companies would do that on a spur of the moment sort of thing. This is a company that does quality professional work and they are kind and caring young men!!!

We had Ghost Tree Service take down a very big oak in our front yard today. Logan and his crew did a great job taking it down. Very professional, and efficient, along with very reasonable prices. They were also conscientious of our property and cleaned up really well. We would highly recommend to anyone!

If only every tree service were run as well as Medina Tree Service! When a strong wind blew through our property, we needed urgent help clearing damaged trees as they fell. Brett was here within a day and the work completed in three hours. I could not ask for better response or professionaism! We know we will call again as we have in the past.
