She relayed my message to Nicky, the Chief Operating Officer. Within hours I received a call from Nicky, who was able to come out the very next day to meet with us and assess the job . Frank & Geno were an outstanding team that took care of the 17 trees on our property. Their attention to detail in the cutting, trimming, and cleanup was above and beyond all expectations. Titan Tree came through above and beyond my expectations. This area is famous for no-show contractors, who move on after stating they’ll complete a project. Titan Tree responded super quick to my request for service and was spot on with the timeline for completion. The estimate was complete and accurate, and although a little more than I wanted to pay, the explanation Nicky gave me couldn’t have been more accurate. The 50-70 year, 40ft maple rotted from the inside and was hanging by toothpicks, which you wouldn’t know by looking at it. Nicky’s experience told him the tree needed to come down before something catastrophic happened.
