She relayed my message to Nicky, the Chief Operating Officer. Within hours I received a call from Nicky, who was able to come out the very next day to meet with us and assess the job . Frank & Geno were an outstanding team that took care of the 17 trees on our property. Their attention to detail in the cutting, trimming, and cleanup was above and beyond all expectations. Lackawanna Tree Services were great. Their quote was very reasonable. They did everything we asked for perfectly. All the guys were very nice and professional. Couldn’t get the bucket truck in the yard like originally planned. They pivoted and were able to get the job done anyway even though it was probably a lot harder and took longer than originally anticipated. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.

They decided to do work in the pouring rain and rutted up my yard and it is still not flat and they were supposed to grind stumps of 3 trees and they did not. They threw dirt grass seed and hay or straw on stumps and left it that way. Now I have to hire someone to finish the job they were paid to do. Also I had 3 $300 water bills due to them having to reseed half the lawn they destroyed with their equipment. I would have let that go but the intentional not doing the main stumps is inacceptable. These were supposed to be below level so I could put pavers down. I alread had one dug out and owner didn’t even come look. Total lack of responsibility. I never thought to ck underneath dirt to ensure they did grinding.

Very Impressed!! We needed a large dead tree removed from our backyard, and MMR handled all our needs! Super professional and they were careful with a fence and other trees near the area being worked on. They cleaned up EVERYTHING - even the saw dust and little twigs that remained. They even moved 2 large rocks for us to another part of our yard during the process. Besides seeing that we need grass planted in that area, you would never know a tree was there. All this was done in 1.5 days. We would highly recommend!!

Ralph and his crew did a great job dropping 4 trees for us. A couple of them were in a very tight space. One was just a few feet from the house and the other was a few feet from a garage and a pool deck. They were so careful not to damage anything. I'm grateful for their service. It was reasonably priced. I will be calling them back to take the next batch down! Thanks again guys!!

Brandon and his crew came out the next day after our tree came down on my neighbor's golf cart. He has done several tree jobs for us and we are extremely happy with his work and clean-up. His crew is terrific and we highly recommend Blue Ox Tree Service!

Stag Tree specialist took care of some very difficult trees that were either hollowed out or were extremely crooked and endangering my home. They came on time and with a complete crew that quickly removed four trees and left my yard immaculate. I highly recommend them!
