They constantly do half a** service. They skip my backyard now for the 3rd time. I have to call them every time they do service my home to come back and do the backyard. The other issue is they are not internally organized. They do not have their website updated with my new address which I have lived in for 4 years. I cannot see the service I signed up for, when it ends, and any other details I want to see in regards to my service. I will never use them again. I will reach out to a local company moving forward.

We had a 20-plus year old locust tree pick a fight with a 65-mph wind gust in mid-January of 2024, and it lost unfortunately. The gust uprooted the locust. Ben surveyed the tree carnage, had a crew out the next day and the crew made quick work of the fallen soldier. Ben’s crew did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend Ben and his firm for this type of tree work.

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job on our tree removal. (We had a large oak removed and the stump ground because it was planted too close to our home. The roots already broke our main water line and were encroaching on our foundation.) They were knowledgeable, professional, punctual and courteous. They were very fair and honest with their pricing.The quote was more than the price which was a nice surprise. We felt it was a great value and our yard looks a million times better. Not only did they remove the tree and stump but they cleaned every branch. Anyone who visits our home in the future would never know there was once a tree there. There isn't a spec of evidence! I spoke with Peter Friday evening, he came and looked at trees, gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. He and another worker were here at 900am Saturday morning and left at 100pm. They did a great job, cleaned up debris even what fell into neighbors yards. I will highly recommend them. Great job gentlemen!
