Country and Cobb Tree Service Reviews
Rachel Brockman
The work they did was done well, but they left without finishing the job. Entire tree is still waiting to be cleaned up and stumps were never removed. All attempts at communication have been ignored. Pictures show remaining tree and stumps - it’s been 7 weeks since work was done. Takes money. Doesn’t finish jobs.

Great company. Had a tree fall on my house, and they were quick to come and remove the tree and left no mess. Highly recommend them!

We lost a 40 year old maple tree to storms last night. Took out a portion of our fence. Was close to damaging pool. Did what I could with my chainsaw till it got a bit risky. Fallen tree was caught up in some branches of another tree, but seemed unsafe to work further. Called a couple of companies to get quotes. Charles was out in 45 minutes. Gave me a fair price. Was back out that afternoon with his business partner and lead tree climber and had the tree down in no time. Very skilled in dropping the tree safely without any further damage. Highly recommend these guys. Just great service and likeable, down to earth team that gets it done.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
