To say that I was all around impressed with Fallen Leaf and every one of their employees I had the pleasure of meeting would be an understatement!! From start to finish they were prompt, professional, thorough and were equipped with everything needed to complete the job as promised. When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate I left a voicemail and my call was returned the same day and was able to be scheduled within a couple days. After the estimate appointment I decided to accept and called to schedule my tree removal. To my delight they were able to schedule me for the next day. The crew came out first thing in the morning and got right to work and work they did! Straight through until the early afternoon when the job was completed. I will definitely recommend Fallen Leaf to any and everybody that's looking to use a service such as theirs.THANK YOU FALLEN LEAF!!!

All three crew members who were assigned the job to trim our tree were very friendly and easy to work with. They answered my question accordingly making me more comfortable about what to expect. They were also professional in their Interactions with me and my neighbor who they needed to gain access to her property to complete the job. It was nice having my neighbors and my property cleaned up after the completion of the job. I would like to ask for the same crew to return when our Magnolia tree requires attention.
