I am disappointed in the experience I have had with SavATree. In my experience, it took a few weeks for someone to come out to quote the job. Okay, no problem. We received a quote within a day or two. Communication after this was spotty. I let Terry know we would like to move forward. Had to follow up for him to tell me to call Lisa. I called Lisa and put down over a $500 deposit on the job and was informed Terry would call me to schedule the job. Did not hear from Terry. I emailed Terry a few times before receiving a response that I would be hearing from him in September (put the deposit down in August) to schedule. I asked for a deposit refund as waiting until September to schedule was outside the window that our job needed. I was informed today that the office refunded the deposit but now have to wait 1-2 weeks for their CFO to approve it because he is out of town.
