Did work with out acceptance of proposal we never agreed on price & did not sign agreement it was a money grab. Did not finish work. After 3 weeks we had to cut down 10 ft high stumps that he left. They were there 3 hours & charged over 2100.00 dollars smitty didn’t give us time to review the quote & get back with him. Very poor way to do business damm we never agreed on price but he come on property & did work without approval. Scam artist don’t used him. Many people agreed that was a very poor way of doing business. Beware!!!
