Brewster's crew just left our property after a full day and a half of large tree removal, trimming and mulching. This crew worked their butt's off. They raked up all brush, blew the debris off the street, covered requested areas with mulch. Their experience and ability to work together to complete a mammoth task was evident in their systematic approach to clearing the very sloped, mud covered acreage without any mishaps and no damage to surrounding trees (or power lines!). We very much appreciated their professional demeanor and highly recommend using Brewster's. We have used tree removal guys in the past that come knocking on our door because we like to support small business. But will have to say we won't use anyone but Brewster's in the future. I know, it sounds like we are gushing. But we are so pleased with how pleasant this job (we were dreading) turned out, we had to share our thoughts.

Had them come out to give me a quote for cutting down a big tree in our front yard. They showed up the next day, seemed pretty friendly and polite. Quoted me the service and said to give him a call if we decided to go with them. After multiple quotes from different companies, decided to go with Brewster's to get it done. They were the cheapest and most reputable. Tried multiple times to call and text and get it set up, and they never called and texted me back. Maybe they just didn't want the business. Not really sure. Even called the mainline number and they reached out to the guy and was told he'd call me that day. Never did. I can't speak to the quality of the work because I simply couldn't get them to take my business. If you didn't wanna do the work, why bother coming out to quote the service and then refuse to call me back? Altogether a complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
