Charlie and crew were very quick respond with an unquestionably fair offer. All of my follow-up questions and then the scheduling were resolved promptly. Just before yet another threatening storm (that same day), Kobs was on the site yesterday and took down our ailing 60'+ silver maple and a 30' mulberry - all within 6 hours. Timeliness, skill, and precision were all part of the package. The cleanup was more thorough than I could have reasonably expected (see photos).

Charlie and crew are simply an all around - incredibly talented group of guys! A few years ago, after completing construction on our newly attached garage, one of our huge maples split and landed on it! Then just this month, the other one split. (They mentioned they were each around 100 years old.)
