Mike's Tree Service Reviews
Farrah Spivey
We recently had Mike’s Tree Service cut down at least 35 trees right around our home. It was a tight space to work in, and the trees were very tall. They were able to take down all of the trees, haul them off and grind all of the stumps for us in 2 days. They were professional and worked efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal.

Mike is great at his job! He is kind and kept us up-to-date on everything. He gave us a fair quote for cutting down 2 dead trees (including removing them) and getting the limbs above the house. He had to take down chain link fence to get to a tree and he put it back together for us. He even got rid of some big old cement cylinders that's been there since we bought the house. I highly recommend giving him a call. Just keep in mind that he does stay constantly booked. We waited for 1 to 2 months, but it was worth the wait!

Excellent! We$0027ve had Mike$0027s Tree Service at our home to take down 4 redwood trees and back a couple of years later to trim and get the dead wood out of a 5th. We highly recommend their service. They also cleanup at the end of each day, leaving the yard looking great.

Recommendations before choosing a Tree Removal Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for tree removal companies with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of their work, professionalism, and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the tree removal service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as stump removal, debris cleanup, limb chipping, and any additional fees for large or hazardous trees.
- Ask about safety measures and equipment: Find out what safety protocols and equipment are used, including protective gear, rigging systems, and whether crew members are trained in industry-standard safety practices.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in your state and carries both liability insurance and workers’ compensation to protect you in case of property damage or on-site injuries.
- Request a written quote and service agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the service agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, the scope of work, and cancellation or rescheduling policies.
