Bobbys Tree Service & Stump Removal

Bobby's has done work for us in the past and we were very pleased with the job they did then. Recently, we had some dead trees in our backyard and once again called Bobby's to remove them. As usual the removal was done efficiently and the area completely cleaned up. Bobby's pricing was very fair.

I hired Bobby’s Tree Service of Athens, Alabama in November of 2020 to remove two medium size trees to include grinding down the stumps along with trimming the tops of some trees. The business was paid 1200.00 which was agreed from the owner himself. I called the owner after the work had been finished and let him know that he and his crew had left half of one stump and a partial of another. He had told me he was going out of town for the holidays and he would return to finish. Never hearing a response, I called Bobby himself in April and left a message. No response. I called at the beginning of June and spoke to the owner himself. He said he would come out to and have the stumps ground up. Still no response. On June 15, 2021 Bobby stated he was again going out of town on Thursday and it would be completed by then. Spoke to owner today June 17,2021 and after getting unprofessional with the paid customer, I informed him I would have to contact the BBB.

Bobby arrived a little earlier than expected which was fine. Came out and walked the job down. Asked a lot of questions to make sure he gave me exactlly what I needed. The next day he arrived on time and went right to work 40+ stumps ground down in short order. Great job. Great guy. I$0027ll be calling him again. For sure.
